Sign up today! There are 2 EASY ways:

1. If you already have Online Banking, login using the computer from which you'll be viewing your statements. Under "Accounts" in the left-hand menu, click "eStatements." Select the desired account and click "Submit ." From here, you’ll be directed to enroll in this FREE and secure service.


2. If you don’t have Online Banking

Just complete the registration to enroll in eStatements! The application process will ensure you can view your statements on your computer. We'll call you to confirm your enrollment. Then, you'll receive an email notification when your monthly statement is ready to view. You can download your statement or access it online for up to 13 months.

Snappy Mobile Deposit

Snappy Mobile Deposit logo You can deposit checks anywhere, anytime using the USB Mobile App on your smart phone or iPad tablet. You must be enrolled in Online Banking, as well as Mobile Banking.

For those already enrolled in Online & Mobile Banking:

  1. From your device, log in to Online/Mobile Banking.
  2. Click "Snappy Mobile Deposit Enrollment" under SERVICES in the left-hand menu.
  3. Check the box that reads, “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” and click "Submit."

We will notify you by email if you have been approved.

Telephone Banking

Person dialing telephone If you don’t have a smart phone or online access, you can still obtain your account information FREE 365 x 24 x 7. 

  • Access Checking, Savings, Money Market, Loan, Certificate of Deposit, or IRA accounts
  • Account balance inquiries
  • Verify pending and posted transactions
  • Inquire on specific transactions by check number or amount
  • Verify automatic transactions including direct deposits, ATM & debit card transactions, and automatic withdrawals
  • Transfer funds between accounts

Instructions for Use:

  • Call the Telephone Banking Lines: Toll Free - 800.332.1633; Local Ark City - 442-4600; Winfield - 221-2400.
  • If you're a first time user, enter the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's Social Security number.
  • You'll then be prompted to choose a new security code.
  • Perform as many transactions as you like. When you're finished, simply hang up to end the service.
