    1. For New Accounts, simply call the telephone banking line within 14 days of opening your account.

    2. If you’re already a customer, just let us know you’d like to use the service. Then you’ll have 14 days to activate your account by calling the telephone banking line.

Instructions for Use

  • Call your local telephone banking line (442-4600) or (221-2400), or call Toll Free at 800-332-1633.
  • If you are a first time user, enter the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's Social Security number.
  • You'll then be prompted to choose your own security code.
  • Perform as many transactions as you like. When you're finished, simply hang up to end the service.
  • For security reasons, if you don’t use telephone banking for 90 days your account will be locked from the service. Just give us a call to re-activate!
