ACTIVATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Your personal identification number (PIN) will arrive a few days after your card. Use your assigned PIN at any ATM to activate your card.
2. If you’d like to pick your PIN, just stop by any USB location with your card. We can process your new PIN right away, so you don’t have to wait for the assigned PIN to arrive in the mail. Then, just use your chosen PIN at any Union State Bank ATM to activate.
